HONEY WILL MAKE THE ORIGINAL TO BE MATURE EGGS, IS IT TRUE?

Many myths in circulation if the original honey ripens if mixed with eggs,
We've tested this in 2014 and then by using 12 different samples consisting of 5 types of honey that is pure raw honey, raw honey mixture, if pure honey, honey and honey mixture if false.

The test results we can not produce a significant, a mature egg is simply not show the authenticity of honey and can occur in all kinds of false honey honey even though, why the eggs to mature?

The answer is dikandungan egg itself.
Eggs have a very high protein content and when met with honey occurring acid is coagulation. Coagulation is no longer a state in which the protein is dispersed as a colloid because the unit bond formed pretty much. Bonding that occurs in honey is when the protein in the egg meets with acid.

Acids present in the honey comes from different sources, raw honey has a substance natural acids contained in honey that can be derived from the enzyme and glucose content specific to make coagulation, but there are also types of raw honey pure having acid content slightly so eggs will not mature if mixed with honey, unlike the fake honey and honey if acid content derived from extracts flavorings or vinegar makes the honey taste is slightly acidic so that the eggs can be coagulated.

So there is no relationship authenticity of honey with a mature egg and it can not be used as a reference.

Hopefully this information is useful for us all.
